The table below shows the global settings that you can specify for OSPF. Default: The interface address of one of the local interfaces.Note - In a cluster, you must select a router ID and make sure that it is the same on all cluster members. Use an address on a loopback interface that is not the loopback address (127.0.0.1). This way, the router ID does not change if the interface used for the router ID goes down. We recommend that you set the router ID and not rely on the default setting. The router ID is used by the BGP and OSPF protocols.
The Router ID uniquely identifies the router in the autonomous system. Note - To prevent an address range from being advertised into the backbone, select Restrict for the address range
Click the Advanced Routing > OSPF page.Configure the applicable Ethernet Interfaces and assign IP addresses to these interfaces.Click the Network Management > Network interfaces page.
